ISO-CERTIFIED SYSTEMS
​Our ISO-certified systems are proven, fit-for-purpose and stress-tested in true Aged Care settings for both cleaning and laundry, rather than in generic commercial environments. We have received certification for: ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Our service is guided by the Medclean Quality Management Matrix - a proven approach to sustaining results and ensuring long-term colllaboration with clients. Supervisors monitor all sites closely and provide regular inspection reports. Our comprehensive auditing system includes the delivery of corrective action plans as needed and follow-up processes on a regular basis. All client facilities undergo regular standard compliance inspections and internal benchmarking against other facilities across our network.
INFECTION CONTROL
At the core of our services is our commitment to infection control. Our senior personnel have comprehensive knowledge of infection control best practice, with all staff receiving internal and external training. We implement systems to prepare your facility for any virus-related issue and have formal processes to manage the outbreak of infection. At every step, we follow all Department of Health directives and guidelines.

COMPLIANCE
Our management team has extensive experience with Aged Care accreditation, ensuring all processes and quality management procedures are designed to comply with the requirements of the continually improving standards, guidelines and directives - and, of course, the new Aged Care Act. The team has also attended training on accreditation standards for aged care, sharing this knowledge with key staff and clients. For accreditation assessments, Medclean provides onsite support by senior personnel and ensures delivery of all necessary evidence and requirements to the Commission.
